Mr. Hardman is a distinguished healthcare executive and clinician with more than 20 years of experience spanning emergency services, critical care medicine, business administration, and air medical operations. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, he serves as a senior executive at PHI Health, overseeing a diverse portfolio of rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and critical care ground transport programs, both independently operated and in partnership with leading healthcare systems across the United States.

As a recognized industry leader, Mr. Hardman has been a sought-after speaker at conferences and educational events throughout the country. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to advanced care and interventions in underserved rural communities. In addition to being a published author, Mr. Hardman has been recognized with numerous awards for community service and peer excellence in emergency medical services throughout his career.

Mr. Hardman is currently a doctoral candidate at Yale University (Class of 2025), with a focus on Healthcare Systems, Leadership, and Policy. His academic background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, an Executive MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. He is a member of both Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

In addition to being a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP), Mr. Hardman holds several advanced professional credentials. These include Board Certification as a Nurse Executive – Advanced (NEA-BC), Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE), and designation as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
